  • The Installation Technician will be assisting with custom installations of data/telecom, audio/video, security/cctv, and low voltage lighting systems. Our customer projects are in commercial, industrial, and residential environments. This includes new construction, remodeling, retrofit or service situations. Field service training is provided along with vehicle, fuel, and tools.


    Job Duties:

    • Follow instructions given and understand project system requirements; gather components and parts; complete installation.
    • Use basic cable and speaker wire installation tools and hand tools
    • Read and understand blueprints and layouts.
    • Document service and installation actions by completing required reports
    • Perform jobs from high places including use of ladder
    • Keep personal equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs
    • Operate company vehicle in a safe manner
    • Follow all company procedures and protocols

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Similar experience helpful
    • Have basic knowledge of different types of building construction
    • Competent using power tools (drills/drivers, most kinds of saws, etc.)
    • Must be comfortable with heights and using ladders
    • Be able to lift 50 pounds
    • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Can work well with others on a team, and with other trades
    • Have reliable transportation and the ability to arrive to work on time

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • This is a full-time W-2 hourly position. Pay is based on experience. Pay ranges are:
    $18-$22 for no experience to entry level
    $23-$32 an hour for some experience to 3+ years

    Special Requirements:

    • Must possess valid state issued driver’s license with a clean driving record.

  • The position is responsible for providing quality product assembly of our lighting panels, dimmers, and control modules. Tools and training are provided.


    Job Duties:

    • Follow instructions, processes, and procedures to assemble wire harness cables, and electronic components sub-assembly.
    • Maintain an organized, clean, and safe workspace.
    • Keep inventory of parts and order parts per company policy.
    • Help installation team pack and unpack for projects. All unused items need to be put back into inventory.
    • Other office duties as assigned.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Prior electronics assembly experience a plus
    • Prior soldering experience a plus
    • Competent using power tools (Drills/Drivers, most kinds of saws, etc.)
    • Ability to stand for long periods of time
    • Ability to use hands and fingers to assemble small parts
    • Be able to lift 50 pounds
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office
    • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Can work well independently and with others on a team
    • Have reliable transportation
